Critiques
Some parts look a bit rushed, like the eyebrows for instance. There are a few consistency flaws that could use a bit of attention. The feet, for one. The raised foot is smaller than the one on the ground. That leg in general, I think, is a bit on the short side. I'm not sure it would reach the ground. Though, it could just be a fore shortening issue, and if the foot were bigger, it would probably look fine <3
The arm with the black and green stripes looks a bit too long to be natural, when compared to the one closest to us~ Errors like that can occur in your sketch before you ink it, it's usually a result of just guessing where to put the arm, rather than "drawing through" the body like it's a transparent 3d model. It makes it easier to get the placement of things like this right. In this case, I think it would have been a little more effective to either leave it out, or just hint at it with a small corner or elbow a little higher up the body <3
The placement of the ears also look a little off balance, one appears to be very much in the centre to her skull. It's such a cute character design though
The head looks a bit big in relation to the shoulders, but that might just be your style~ You continued the line of her right ear into her hair, which confused me for a while bacause it was so close to the eyebrow~ Finally, the coloring. When using a traditional medium like colored pencils, it's best to always color using strokes that go in only one direction, otherwise it can be distracting when there's all these strokes conflicting. The white shines in the eyes are soooo cute <3
I love the heart in the speech bubble, it's adorable
